Factory-refurbished tankless water heaters may have small dents or dings. However, Bosch Technical Support will provide you with the same level of technical support and customer service as if you had purchased a brand new tankless water heater. There is no risk when purchasing these "like new" tankless water heaters!
Supplies are limited by the speed at which Bosch is able to recondition the water heaters, so not every model is available at any given time.
