Bosch Thermotechnology has recently stopped manufacturing the thermostat #65150322 (prior part #994102) for the older Bosch Ariston GL6+ & GL8Ti electric mini-tank water heaters.

Bosch has just released a Bosch Ariston GL6+ Thermostat Retrofit Kit #7738006447 that comes with new plastic face pieces, heating element, anode rod, gasket and bolts and thermostat that will turn the older GL6 Plus or GL8Ti into a new Bosch Tronic 3000T ES8.

The Bosch Ariston GL6 Plus Thermostat Replacement Kit can be used whenever there is an older Ariston GL6+ or GL8Ti that needs a replacement thermostat.
